The PPAI Expo 2026 was an incredible week in Las Vegas and an exciting start to the year for the promotional products industry. Each January, the PPAI Expo brings together distributors, suppliers, and partners from across the country to connect, share insights, and preview what’s next for brand merchandise.
For Infinity Her, PPAI is more than a trade show: it’s an opportunity to celebrate the continued evolution of women’s headwear in promo, strengthen relationships with the distributors who champion our brand, and gather valuable feedback that shapes future collections.
From unveiling fresh new styles to creating a more elevated booth experience, our goal for 2026 was simple: show up with designs that reflect current trends, meet customer needs, and build meaningful connections across the industry.
New Year, New Booth!
For 2026, we wanted to refresh the look and feel of our booth. This year, we introduced chic black shelving to display our cap collection and greenery throughout the space, creating a more boutique-inspired atmosphere that reflected the elevated direction of our brand.
We also wanted our booth to feel like an experience, not just a display. To bring that to life, we offered coffee, creamer, and candy inspired by some of our most flavorful colorway names.
It was a fun and memorable way to drive foot traffic while tying the experience back to our product story.
Beyond the booth refresh, we also came to Vegas with our strongest lineup yet. Our cap collection has expanded significantly, and we now offer a total of 112 SKUs. The new styles and colorways introduced this year are a direct response to trend research and customer feedback; when we hear consistent requests from our customers, we work hard to reflect those needs in our lineup.
Showcasing What's New
One of the biggest highlights of the week was unveiling five brand-new styles, all launching in Summer 2026:
Emma: A six-panel, mid-profile, structured mesh-back cap featuring a unique floral quilted pattern on the front panels. This elevated design creates the perfect canvas for customization!
Colbie: A five-panel, high-profile, structured, solid-back cap with a contrasting bill and button. This trendy color-block style is a standout addition to modern merch collections.
Sophie: Our new and improved perforated performance cap, crafted from 100% moisture-wicking material with micro-geometric perforated side and back panels for breathable comfort.
Kate: A pigmented, peached cotton twill dad cap with richer color saturation than the Cassie (our other unstructured twill option). Kate also features a solid underbill – a direct response to feedback from customers who prefer styles without patterned underbills.
Annie: Kate’s sister style, much like Tess is to Cassie. Annie features a peached cotton twill front with a soft-touch mesh back, offering elevated comfort and solid underbill styling for customers who want a more minimal finish.
The excitement around these new launches was clear on the show floor, and we’re thrilled to bring them into the Infinity Her lineup this summer.
The Connections That Industry Events Bring
The Infinity Her team has been exhibiting at PPAI Expo in Las Vegas since 2023, and each year reminds us how valuable face-to-face connection is in this industry. We loved meeting new partners, reconnecting with familiar faces, and hearing directly from distributors who continue to advocate for women’s headwear in promo. The conversations and feedback we gathered throughout the week will play an important role in shaping what’s next for the brand, from future color direction to the cap shapes customers are asking for most.
